A bit about us
Sophie, Sasha and our little one hail from different parts of the world - Sophie was born in Vietnam, Sasha speaks Russian and June is a Texan.
In 2020 we were looking for new adventures and opportunities so we packed our bags and moved from Brooklyn to Austin.
We love mentally and physically challenging ourselves, sharing our knowledge with others and we never say no to great food.

Sophie is a fearless leader, change maker, and entrepreneur.
A few years after moving to the US she left a corporate career in biotechnology to start her first business by taking over a restaurant and opening a second location in Manhattan. For the past 4 years she’s been a full time real estate investor.
Sophie is the most amazing mom in the world. She enjoys meditating, reading and helping others be a better version of themselves.

Sasha’s background is in digital product design, marketing, branding and customer experience. In the past 15 years he’s led teams at Google and Northwestern Mutual where he oversaw strategic work that led to increased revenue.
He has crazy attention to details, an analytical mind, and a love for questioning the status quo, always aiming to create something better.
Sasha is an optimizer, optimist and an introvert-extrovert. He is a teller of dad jokes and a loving dad.

Having established our branding and online identity, we have begun warming up our network of over 6K people. We have built great working relationships with our private investors who’ve put money into our SFR deals.

We have learned a lot from our experience managing our 10 SFR portfolio and are excited to bring some of those transferrable skills into multifamily.
