2023 Recap
It’s been a year of a lot of events. So it’s a long recap with a lot of pictures. And I love 2023 so much. Thank you for such a great year!
January 2023

February 2023
Sasha got laid off. Earlier than he wants to be out of that job, but it’s a blessing in disguise (just like 99% of everything else)
Sasha booked a staycation for just two of us on Valentine’s Day and we went to a really good steakhouse!
The biggest achievement for me this year is to be able to get 2 out of 3 people in my family to work out consistently the past year. My mom even got a trainer and became so different in her physiology this year through working out.
March 2023
It is when we go out several times to enjoy the beautiful wild flowers of Texas. There are big gorgeous flower fields around where we live in Pflugerville.
We went to Rat-race 2 Retirement Event where we signed up to learn apartment investing with our mentor Brad Sumrok.
We also celebrated June’s first birthday, Nick & Son visited with Sasha’s mom to make it even more festive!
April 2023
We visited Houston for a Vietnamese real estate investor event and met so many friends who became our partners
Went to Dallas as well for our first bus tour with Brad Sumrok’s group

We visited London and met Sasha’s good friends Alex and Sasha
And Paris - a date at Early June with incredible food

I got to do a 3 day mindfulness retreat with Master Kim Trieu via San Diego seeing my friends Vy and Hoa and their baby Cu Dau, also met with Kathleen and Nico and Man Ho.
I spoke at this Women Real Estate Investor event in Austin.
Also attending another bus tour / training with Brad Sumrok group.

August 2023
Trip to the breath taking mountains of Mexico city
Stay at an excellent house belonged to a famous architect with Travis’s family
Where we sit and eat food made from kitchen staffs everyday
Beautiful esthetic inspired me in different ways - I guess I started to say No to mediocre Airbnbs and will save my time for fabulous places like this.
But then I got to experience such a stay at a Mexican hospital due to dehydration after a stomach virus thing…

June can self feed himself well now
We went to AIMNATCON when we really got focus, we totally said No to single family, Sasha took more property management tasks off my plate for me to focus on scaling into multifamily. ❤️
September 2023

Denver trip to attend 506 Group Conference. Wowww, I did a lot. While Sasha went to California to Thich Ca Thien Vien for a 10 days meditation retreat. And that’s a lot! Bravo, Sasha!
October 2023
We have wild flowers in Texas until the winter! That’s how amazing it is.
We went for Halloween roaming the streets in Brentwood this year dressed up like this with this little monkey!

November 2023
Went to Tulum for a week before Sasha starting a new job

Celebrate Thanksgiving with our loved ones!
We also closed on our 2nd multifamily deals in our fund!
Attend and learn about angel investing. Well, my conclusion is multifamily investing is bringing a better return on capital with short term.
Went Unleash The Power Within with Tony Robbins. It was so impactful, I decided to keep Tony and his teaching close to me by joining his Ultimate Mastery program

Put this baby in a box and we all are so happy! This is my happiness!

June was sick and then me and Sasha got sick.. such tough time since June started to wake up 4:30-5am every single day for like 3 weeks!
